
Halls for hire
We have two halls available for hire, Trinity Hall in Hawley and All Saints’ Hall in Farnborough, both at reasonable rates.
How to book
- Review the details of the hall to make sure it meets your needs.
- Check that the hall is available.
- Complete one the booking forms below
- Make payment.
1. Check hall details
Trinity Hall, Hawley

- Holy Trinity hall is located in Fernhill Road, Blackwater, immediately behind Holy Trinity Church.
- Capacity. The hall can be used for groups up to approximately 85 people.
- Licencing. The hall is unlicensed, so you can serve alcoholic drinks at your event, but no charge can be made. We do not supply glasses.
- Parking. Parking at church hall at Holy Trinity Parking is restricted to about 14 cars (with some double parking), further extensive parking is available in the church car park (100 metres). It is important to note that access to the vicarage is required 24 hours per day.
- Facilities. Kitchen with cooker and fridge, crockery & cutlery, tables & chairs, heating (when required) & lighting, toilets (male, female and one unisex disabled toilet).
- Cleaning. Please leave the hall as you found it. Tidy the hall after use, wash up and put things away.
All Saints’ church hall, Farnborough

- All Saints’ hall is located at the junction of Chapel Lane and Fernhill Road, in Farnborough.
- Capacity. The hall can be used for groups up to approximately 85 people.
- Licencing. The hall is unlicensed, so you can serve alcoholic drinks at your event, but no charge can be made. We do not supply glasses.
- Parking. Parking at All Saints’ church hall is restricted to about 25 cars.
- Facilities. Kitchen with cooker and fridge, crockery & cutlery, tables & chairs, heating (when required) & lighting, toilets (male, female and one unisex disabled toilet).
- Cleaning. Please leave the hall as you found it. Tidy the hall after use, wash up and put things away.

3. Complete the booking form
Once completed, return it to Sue Evans (Trinity Hall) or Mike Gunston (All Saints’).
4. Make payment
A deposit is required when you return the form, and full payment is required before the date of your booking.
