Hiring our church halls
We have two halls available for hire, Holy Trinity Hall and All Saints’ Hall, both at reasonable rates. Complete one the forms below and if your dates are free, we’ll ask for a deposit. Full payment is required before your booking date.
Hiring the church hall at Holy Trinity
Holy Trinity hall is located in Fernhill Road, Blackwater, immediately behind Holy Trinity Church.

Holy Trinity Hall
- Capacity. The hall can be used for groups up to approximately 85 people.
- Licencing. The hall is unlicensed, so you can serve alcoholic drinks at your event, but no charge can be made. We do not supply glasses.
- Parking. Parking at church hall at Holy Trinity Parking is restricted to about 14 cars (with some double parking), further extensive parking is available in the church car park (100 metres). It is important to note that access to the vicarage is required 24 hours per day.
- Facilities. Kitchen with cooker and fridge, crockery & cutlery, tables & chairs, heating (when required) & lighting, toilets (male, female and one unisex disabled toilet).
- Cleaning. Please leave the hall as you found it. Tidy the hall after use, wash up and put things away.

Hiring the hall at All Saints’ church
All Saints’ hall is located at the junction of Chapel Lane and Fernhill Road, in Farnborough.
