How to book
- Review the details of the hall to make sure it meets your needs.
- Check that the hall is available, then phone or email to reserve your booking.
- Complete the booking form and send payment.
1. Check hall details
- Location: Holy Trinity hall is on the junction of Vicarage Road and Fernhill Road, Blackwater, next door to Holy Trinity Church.
- Hall dimensions: Approx. 10m x 14m
- Capacity. The hall can be used for groups up to approximately 85 people. Tables & chairs are available.
- Facilities. Kitchen with cooker and fridge, crockery & cutlery, heating (when required) & lighting, toilets (male, female, and one unisex accessible toilet).
- Parking. Parking at church hall at Holy Trinity Parking is restricted to about 14 cars (with some double parking), further extensive parking is available in the church car park (100 metres). It is important to note that access to the vicarage is required 24 hours per day.
- Licencing. The hall is unlicensed, so you can serve alcoholic drinks at your event, but no charge can be made. We do not supply glasses, but many supermarkets offer free hire.
- Cleaning. Please leave the hall as you found it. Tidy the hall after use, wash up and put things away.
